Director
A highly experienced property professional, Elke leads with strategic oversight and operational excellence. As Director, she drives the performance of each asset by maximising returns through disciplined, professional property management and strong commercial acumen.
She provides leadership across leasing strategy, tenant selection, compliance, and asset presentation, while coordinating maintenance, repairs, refurbishments, and fit-outs to protect and enhance long-term value.
With extensive industry experience, Elke ensures all leasing agreements are legally robust and that properties consistently meet regulatory and compliance requirements. Her long-standing relationships with solicitors, contractors, and specialist service providers enable swift resolution of issues with minimal disruption, safeguarding both asset performance and tenant satisfaction.

Dale is a seasoned commercial property leader with extensive experience across retail centres, office assets, industrial estates, and residential developments. As Director, he combines strategic vision with practical execution to deliver measurable results for owners, tenants, and stakeholders.
Having held senior positions with leading developers, high-net-worth investors, and private family offices, Dale brings a comprehensive understanding of both institutional frameworks and private capital priorities. This breadth of experience enables him to structure and implement tailored strategies across diverse and complex portfolios.
His expertise spans budgeting and forecasting, leasing strategy, high-level negotiations, and financial modelling — ensuring all decisions are commercially rigorous and data-driven. Known for his collaborative leadership style and solutions-focused approach, Dale enhances operational performance, strengthens tenant partnerships, and consistently maximises asset value.

After successfully shaping a Commercial Property Management business around the needs of clients and best practice, Michelle has moved on to do it again.
Joining forces with Elke & Dale and trading under Roskel Commercial sees a partnership alignment that is knowledge driven and hands on. Michelle’s exceptional understanding of the commercial property market stems from 35 years working across agencies, construction and in house for private investors primarily on the Gold Coast.
Her connection as an REIQ Commercial Property trainer for over 20 years keeps her constantly learning, evaluating, and implementing problem solving strategies that benefit the stakeholders that she works with. In addition to her commercial property qualifications, Michelle is a fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants, a licenced Site Supervisor with the Queensland Building Services Authority, and a JP.

Cameron is a high performing commercial property executive with over 16 years of experience in Australia’s retail property sector. Since 2009, he has worked with leading landlords and developers including QIC, Vicinity Centres, ISPT, Stockwell, and McConaghy Group, delivering first class retail and commercial leasing outcomes and enhancing asset performance across Queensland and New South Wales.
Known for his strategic approach and extensive industry networks, Cameron specialises in leasing, tenant negotiations, and development management.
Recognised as the go-to professional for both landlords and retailers, he is committed to creating thriving retail destinations that drive long-term value and growth.
