All specialists in their field, Elke assists property owners by maximising the return on each investment through thorough and professional property management services.  Overseeing daily business operations. Elke ensures all rent is paid to date, manages bill payments, advertises for and screens tenants, as well as arranging maintenance, repairs, renovations and fit-outs. Elke's extensive experience ensures leasing agreements are legally sound and that the use of each property meets compliance requirements.  Excellent long term relationships with suppliers such as solicitors to trades means issues are resolved quickly and with minimum disruption.

Dale is a highly experienced commercial property professional with a career spanning retail centres, office buildings, industrial complexes, and residential projects. He combines strategic insight with hands-on management to deliver strong outcomes for owners, tenants, and stakeholders.​  He has held senior roles with leading developers, high-net-worth investors and private family offices. This background gives him a deep understanding of both institutional and private investment priorities, allowing him to tailor solutions across diverse portfolios.​  Dale’s expertise covers budgeting, forecasting, leasing, negotiations, and financial modelling ensuring decisions are data-driven and commercially sound. Known for his collaborative and solutions-focused style, he drives operational efficiencies, strengthens tenant relationships, and maximises asset value.

Partner

After successfully shaping a Commercial Property Management business around the needs of clients and best practice, Michelle has moved on to do it again.  Joining forces with Elke & Dale and trading under Roskel Commercial sees a partnership alignment that is knowledge driven and hands on. Michelle’s exceptional understanding of the commercial property market stems from 35 years working across agencies, construction and in house for private investors primarily on the Gold Coast.  Her connection as an REIQ Commercial Property trainer for over 20 years keeps her constantly learning, evaluating, and implementing problem solving strategies that benefit the stakeholders that she works with.  In addition to her commercial property qualifications, Michelle is a fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants, a licenced Site Supervisor with the Queensland Building Services Authority, and a JP.

Cameron is a high performing commercial property executive with over 16 years of experience in Australia’s retail property sector. Since 2009, he has worked with leading landlords and developers including QIC, Vicinity Centres, ISPT, Stockwell, and McConaghy Group, delivering first class retail and commercial leasing outcomes and enhancing asset performance across Queensland and New South Wales.  Known for his strategic approach and extensive industry networks, Cameron specialises in leasing, tenant negotiations, and development management. Recognised as the go-to professional for both landlords and retailers, he is committed to creating thriving retail destinations that drive long-term value and growth.
